These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the DEXCoinApp mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing, or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Services immediately.
Eligibility
The Services are intended solely for individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or have otherwise reached the age of legal majority in their jurisdiction of residence. It is not completely possible for us to determine whether any user of our Services is a minor. If you are a minor, please discontinue the use of our Services immediately. It is the responsibility of parents and legal guardians to monitor whether a minor is using our Services.
By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity and authority to enter into these Terms and that your use of the Services complies with all applicable laws and regulations. If you access or use the Services on behalf of a company, organization, or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to bind such entity to these Terms.
You may not use VPNs, proxies, or other technologies to circumvent geographic restrictions, or legal limitations applicable to your jurisdiction.
Nature of the Services
DEXCoinApp is a cryptocurrency screening application that provides market information, rankings, charts, risk indicators, and other blockchain-related information. The Services are provided solely for informational purposes.
DEXCoinApp is not a broker, dealer, exchange, financial institution, investment adviser, wallet provider, or custodian. DEXCoinApp does not facilitate the purchase, sale, exchange, custody, transfer, or storage of cryptocurrencies or digital assets.
Nothing contained within the Services constitutes investment advice, financial advice, tax advice, or any other form of professional advice. Users are solely responsible for conducting their own research and making their own decisions.
Data Sources
The Services rely upon information provided by third parties, including blockchain node providers, indexing services, market data providers, and other external sources. While DEXCoinApp strives to utilize reliable providers, it does not warrant or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, availability, or timeliness of any information supplied by third parties. DEXCoinApp shall not be liable for any losses or damages arising from inaccurate, delayed, incomplete, unavailable, or corrupted third-party data.
Currency Conversion
Any prices, market statistics, gains, losses, or other monetary figures displayed in fiat currencies through the Services are converted using third-party exchange rate data. As such information may vary across markets and is subject to frequent fluctuations, all displayed values are estimates only and may differ from actual conversion rates at any given time.
Risk Scanner
The Services may provide automated analysis, risk indicators, security scores, or similar tools. Such information is provided solely as a convenience to users and should not be interpreted as a recommendation, endorsement, certification, or guarantee of legitimacy, safety, or future performance. No automated analysis can identify every risk, scam, exploit, vulnerability, or malicious activity. Users remain solely responsible for conducting independent due diligence before interacting with any cryptocurrencies or digital assets.
Swap Services
DEXCoinApp acts solely as an aggregator interface that enables users to access various third-party decentralized exchange protocols ("DEX"). The swap service is provided and executed by these DEX protocols through its smart contracts, which are not owned, controlled, or managed by DEXCoinApp. DEXCoinApp is not a party to any transaction and does not have control over its execution, settlement, availability, security, or operation. Accordingly, DEXCoinApp disclaims all responsibility and liability for any losses, damages, or claims arising from or related to the use of DEX protocols, including, without limitation, losses resulting from smart contract vulnerabilities, protocol failures, security breaches, exploits, cyberattacks, blockchain network issues, pricing errors, slippage, failed transactions, or loss of cryptocurrencies or digital assets.
Fees
Certain Services may be offered free of charge, while others may require payment of applicable fees. DEXCoinApp reserves the right to introduce, modify, or remove fees for any Service at any time, at its sole discretion. Where fees apply, the applicable amount will be disclosed to you before you access or use the relevant Service.
Tax Obligations
Your use of the Services may have tax consequences under the laws of your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for determining, reporting, and paying any taxes that may apply to your activities. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the Services complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and tax requirements in your jurisdiction. DEXCoinApp does not provide tax advice and assumes no responsibility for your tax obligations or legal compliance.
Wallet Services
DEXCoinApp is a purely non-custodial application, meaning we do not ever have custody, possession, or control of your wallet at any time. You are solely responsible for your wallet and its security.
Wallet Connect service is provided through the third party Reown protocol, and blockchain transactions are executed by the user's selected third party wallet application. Your use of such services is subject to the applicable terms, privacy policies, and security practices of the respective providers. DEXCoinApp does not have access to, custody of, or control over your wallet, cryptocurrencies or digital assets. DEXCoinApp is not responsible for any losses, damages, or security incidents arising from the use of Reown protocol and wallet providers.
Where supported, DEXCoinApp may provide the option to import a wallet for user convenience. If you choose to use this feature, your recovery phrase is encrypted and stored locally on your device using available hardware-backed security technologies, such as a Trusted Execution Environment (TEE) or Secure Element (SE). The recovery phrase is never transmitted to or stored by DEXCoinApp, as the import and encryption process occurs entirely on your device and does not require internet connectivity. You are solely responsible for securely storing and protecting your recovery phrase and maintaining access to your wallet. If you lose your recovery phrase, forget it, or disclose it to someone else, you may permanently lose access to your wallet.
Advertising
The Services may display advertisements provided by third-party advertising partners. DEXCoinApp does not endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for any products, services, offers, content, or representations made by advertisers. Any interaction, transaction, or relationship between you and an advertiser is solely between you and that advertiser. DEXCoinApp shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from such interactions.
Distribution
The official DEXCoinApp application is distributed exclusively through Google Play Store and any other distribution channels expressly authorized by DEXCoinApp. Application obtained from unauthorized sources may be altered, malicious, counterfeit, or otherwise unsafe. DEXCoinApp assumes no responsibility for software obtained from unofficial distribution channels.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Services in any manner that violates applicable law or infringes upon the rights of any person or entity. You further agree not to interfere with the operation, security, integrity, or availability of the Services. You shall not attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, distribute malicious software, exploit vulnerabilities, engage in fraudulent activity, overload infrastructure, circumvent security mechanisms, or otherwise misuse the Services. DEXCoinApp reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate access to the Services at its sole discretion if it believes a violation of these Terms has occurred.
Intellectual Property
All software, trademarks, text, logos, graphics, designs, interfaces, and other content made available through the Services are owned by or licensed to DEXCoinApp and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted by law, no portion of the Services may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, transmitted, sold, licensed, reverse engineered, or otherwise exploited without prior written permission from DEXCoinApp.
Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, DEXCoinApp DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, REPRESENTATIONS, AND CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, AVAILABILITY, AND SECURITY.
DEXCoinApp DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR FREE FROM DEFECTS.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DEXCoinApp, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, LICENSORS, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE USE OF THE SERVICES.
THIS LIMITATION INCLUDES, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, LOSS OF GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES IS ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK.
Force Majeure
DEXCoinApp shall not be liable for any delay, interruption, failure, or inability to provide the Services resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of war, terrorism, civil unrest, governmental actions, telecommunications failures, internet outages, cyberattacks, cloud service disruptions, or failures of blockchain infrastructure.
Governing Law
These Terms and any disputes arising out of or relating to the Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which DEXCoinApp operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, such provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and DEXCoinApp regarding the Services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, understandings, and representations relating to the Services.
Changes to These Terms
DEXCoinApp reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will become effective upon publication within the Services. Your continued use of the Services following publication of the revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

DEXCoinApp does not sell, rent, or trade user information. Information may be disclosed only where required by law, legal process, governmental request, or where reasonably necessary to protect the rights, security, safety, property, operations, users, or the public.

DEXCoinApp implements industry-standard administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, misuse, or destruction. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and DEXCoinApp cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children's Privacy
